The world’s first full hybrid luxury compact car is now available to test drive. First deliveries have already been made of the new CT 200h at Jemca Car Group’s Lexus centres – Lexus Croydon, Lexus Edgware Road and Lexus Sidcup following its official launch on 10th March 2011.

Lexus engineers and designers set out to create a luxury car in the compact vehicle segment which delivered fuel economy and low emissions without compromising performance. By applying its pioneering full hybrid technology, the CT 220h delivers beyond expectations and is poised to take on the likes of BMW’s 1 Series, the Volvo C30 and the Audi A3 in this fiercely competitive sector.
The CT 200h is the newest – and smallest – of the Lexus hybrid family, but the Lexus DNA runs through its veins. With its sleek aerodynamic styling and combination of an advanced petrol engine and a powerful yet almost silent electric motor, the new Lexus CT 200h will start a quiet revolution.
The arrival of the CT 200h means that Lexus is the only marque that offers drivers a range of four full hybrid models. CT 200h sits alongside its hybrid siblings – the luxury SUV RX 450h, the executive saloon GS 450h and the flagship luxury saloon LS 600h.
